2. General information about data processing
Personal data may be processed when you use this website. We use them to provide and secure the website and to handle enquiries and appointment arrangements. This website has no input forms of its own, JavaScript audience analytics, embedded social media content or externally loaded fonts. Online booking takes place on the linked Calendly website.
3. Hosting and technical access data
This website is provided through OpenAI’s ChatGPT Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. Access involves technically necessary data, including IP address, time, requested files and browser and device information. Processing supports delivery and security of the website. The legal basis for the technical provision we initiate is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Information on data processing by the platform and its infrastructure is available from OpenAI and Cloudflare. A protected preview may require ChatGPT sign-in. The platform processes the resulting account and authentication data under its own privacy notices. Depending on the processing involved, data may also be processed outside the EU or EEA. The transfer and retention arrangements explained in those notices apply.
4. Email and telephone contact
When you contact us by email or telephone, we process the information you provide, such as your name, contact details and message, to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare to work together. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for steps prior to entering into a contract, otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for handling enquiries.
We use a Posteo email account. Please avoid sending detailed sensitive health information by unencrypted email. We retain enquiries only as long as necessary to handle them and meet any legal retention requirements.
5. Video, images and cookies
In this version, photographs and the short film are stored directly as files on the website’s hosting service. The video uses the HTML5 player and does not play automatically. No data are sent to an external video provider such as YouTube or Vimeo as a result. The website does not use tracking cookies for these functions. Browsers and the hosting service may process technically necessary connections.
6. Your rights
Subject to the legal requirements, your rights include access (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction of processing (Article 18), data portability (Article 20) and objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Article 21). Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.
You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority. In Bremen, this is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen.
7. Updates
If additional features, a different hosting provider or further service providers are used at launch, this privacy policy will be updated accordingly.
8. Online booking through Calendly
For bodywork sessions, we link to our booking page on Calendly. No calendar widget is loaded on this website. Opening the booking link takes you to Calendly’s website, where technical usage data and the booking details you enter may be processed.
We use the details you provide when booking to arrange and carry out your appointment. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Please limit information in the booking form to what is needed for scheduling, and do not include detailed health information. You can also request an appointment by email or phone.

9. Your language preference
Your chosen website language is stored locally in your browser so it can be remembered on your next visit. No data are sent to an external translation service for this. You can change the selection at any time or delete it through your browser’s website data settings. For the brand introduction, the browser also remembers during the current session whether it has already played.
